Hong Kong, 20 May 2011 - Cathay International Holdings Limited (LSE: CTI.L), an investment holding company and a leading investor in the growing healthcare sector in the People's Republic of China, today submits its Annual Information Update which refers to information that has been published or made available to the public by the Company throughout the period from 13 May 2010 to 20 May 2011.
This Annual Information Update is required by and is being made in accordance with the requirements of Prospectus Rule 5.2 and not for any other purpose. It should be noted that:
