TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, CT Healthcare Trust PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 30 June 2026 the Company had 315,152,309 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue including 268,310,845 held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 46,841,464.

The above figure (46,841,464) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
