Non-Executive Director Resignation

ConvaTec Group PLC ("ConvaTec" or "the Company") announces that Dr Regina Benjamin, Non-Executive Director, has decided not to seek re-election at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and will step down from the Board at the close of the AGM on 12 May 2022. Regina will step down from ConvaTec's Remuneration and Nomination committees on the same date.
Regina has made a valuable contribution to the Board's deliberations since 2017. One of Regina's other NED roles for a private US company has recently expanded following an IPO and this has led to Regina's decision to step down from the Board of ConvaTec.
John McAdam, Chairman of ConvaTec, commented:
"The Board is sorry to lose Regina's valuable contribution to the Board's discussions for nearly 5 years. The Board understands that Regina's other commitments have increased and on behalf of the Board, I wish Regina every success and happiness for the future."
