Consort Medical announces the appointment of Dr. Lynn Drummond to the Board

Consort Medical plc ("Consort") is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Lynn Drummond as a Board member, effective today.

Dr. Drummond has a strong track record within the life sciences sector, bringing over twenty years of management and advisory experience. Lynn spent 16 years at Rothschild in London most recently as a Managing Director within the investment banking division, with a particular focus on transactions within the healthcare sector. Prior to this she worked in the Cabinet Office in London as Private Secretary to the Chief Scientific Advisor. Lynn is also a non executive director of Alimentary Health in Ireland.

Dr. Drummond holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Glasgow and a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of London. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh.
