Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 31 March 2022, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 524,626,870 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each ("Shares"), of which 16,995,169 Shares were held in treasury at the date of this disclosure. The voting rights of Shares held in treasury are automatically suspended.
Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company is 507,631,701. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
