("Chesnara", "the Company" or the "Group")
GRANT OF OPTIONS AND PDMR DEALING
Chesnara plc (CSN.L) announces that, as part of the Company's 2022 Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE Scheme") a total of 21,630 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Spring 2026 Options") have been granted to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs").
Under the SAYE Scheme, which was made available to all eligible employees of the Company, the Spring 2026 Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme, of 252.40p each. Subject to the rules of the SAYE Scheme, participants will be able to exercise their Spring 2026 Options within six-months commencing 1st August 2029.
Including the PDMRs referred to above, a total of 80 employees participated in the Spring 2026 Invitation with a total of 340,670 Options being granted.
