The Company has received notification from Graham Kettleborough, its Chief Executive Officer, that he has purchased 2,600 Ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.002% of the shares in issue, on the 4th June 2008. The purchase was in two tranches, 2000 shares at a price of 156.25p and 600 shares at a price of 155.9p. Following this transaction Graham Kettleborough's holding is 32,600 shares, representing 0.031% of the shares in issue.
