Offer period
Further to the announcement on 3 August 2009 that Cosalt plc ("the Company") had received proposals from third parties, including approaches that might lead to an offer being made for the entire issued share capital of the Company, the board of Cosalt advises shareholders that each of the parties has withdrawn. Accordingly, Cosalt has agreed with The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers that the offer period which commenced on 3 August 2009 is now ended.
