Cosalt PLC17 October 2007 Cosalt plc (the "Company")Directors' dealings 17 October 2007 Pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer announced on 13 September 2007: David Ross, a Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,977,023New Ordinary Shares of 25p each at a price of 330 pence per share. Followingthis transaction, David Ross owns a total of 3,989,296 shares, representing16.20% of the current issued share capital of the Company. Hanover Investors purchased 1,136,727 New Ordinary Shares of 25p each at a priceof 330 pence per share. Following this transaction, Hanover Investors owns atotal of 3,565,453 shares, representing 14.48% of the current issued sharecapital of the Company.
