Result of General Meeting
Following the holding of the General Meeting earlier today, the Directors of Civitas Social Housing PLC are pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
Resolution 1 was proposed as an ordinary resolution and resolutions 2 and 3 were proposed as special resolutions. The proxy votes received prior to the meeting were as follows:
