Note: Wellness Unity Limited did not purchase shares directly. In respect of the dividend announced by Civitas Social Housing PLC ("Civitas") on 9 May 2023, Wellness Unity Limited elected to participate in the Dividend Re-investment Plan (DRIP) operated by Link Group (on behalf of Civitas). On 9 June 2023, the Link Group purchased shares on the open market on behalf of all DRIP-electing Civitas shareholders (including Wellness Unity Limited). The definitive number of shares to be allocated to Wellness Unity Limited were determined and settled on 13 June 2023.
