Result of AGM
Cornerstone FS plc (AIM: CSFS), the cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services to SMEs, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
Details of the voting, which was conducted by a poll and which should be read alongside the Notice of AGM, are below:
