The Company received notification thatΒ Dr Anthony Baxter, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquiredΒ 120,000Β ordinary shares in the Company on 25Β NovemberΒ 2009Β at a price of 3.45 pence per share. As a result of this purchase,Β Dr Baxter has an interest in 841,400 ordinary shares in the CompanyΒ representing approximately 0.47Β per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
