NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Due to increasing business commitments, Ken Burrage has resigned his position as non-executive director of Medsea EstatesΒ Group plc (AIM:MEA)Β Β as from August 31stΒ 2008.Β
Says Burrage: 'In the current circumstances,Β and with growing demands on my time,Β I do not feel that I canΒ continue toΒ makeΒ a meaningful contributionΒ to the Company. However I have great confidence in Medsea's future. I wish them well and will certainly be retaining my 400,000 shares.'
Chairman Tony Gatehouse says: ' We are sorry Ken feels he has to resign but fully understand that he has other business commitments. The Board of Medsea would like to thank him for the valuable contribution he has made.'
