The following announcement replaces the Director Shareholding announcement RNS5125P released at 10:57 a.m. on 4 October 2011. There was a typographical error and Mr Grimmond's beneficial interest following the transaction should have read 4,828,337 and not 4,538,337. All other text remains the same. Director Shareholding

The Company announces that, on 4 October 2011, Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, bought 290,000 ordinary shares at a price of 12 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Grimmond has a beneficial interest in 4,828,337 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, representing 12.66 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
