Creightons Plc (the "Company")
Share Option Grant
Following the adoption of the Creightons Plc 2014 Share Option Plan ("the Plan") at the Company's annual general meeting on 7 August 2014, the following Directors of the Company were today granted conditional awards ("Awards") under the Plan to acquire the following numbers of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company as set out below.
Executive Director Number of Options
Mr W McIlroy 1,300,000
Mr BM Johnson 1,300,000
The exercise price of the options is 5.5p per ordinary share and they will be exercisable between the third and tenth anniversary of the 28 November 2014, subject to the grantees continued employment. No consideration is payable in respect of the grant of these options.
