Director/PDMR Option Exercise & Dealing
Voting Rights
The Company announces that Mr Bernard Johnson, Director, has exercised options over 600,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p in the Company at 5.50 pence per share, and has subsequently transferred these shares at nil price to members of his wider family. After the completion of both transactions, Mr Johnson's holding in the Company will remain unaltered at 5,468,844 shares.
The 600,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p issued in fulfilment of the exercise of these options form part of the block listing authority of 20 March 2019 in respect of employee share options and these shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further 1,951,100 Ordinary Shares under its block listing facility.
As a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 63,146,143 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 63,146,143.
The above figure of 63,146,143 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company awarded Mr Johnson options over 1,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company in September 2015 as part of Creighton's policy of including share-and option-based performance-related features in remuneration packages, thereby rewarding directors and managers for the Company's success.
