Creston PLC31 May 2006 31 May 2006 Creston Plc (the "Company")Grant of Restricted Shares under the Creston Long Term Incentive Plan The Company announces that on 30 May 2006 the following awards were made tosenior executives under the Creston plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") inrespect of 532,515 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, which included thefollowing awards made to executive directors and senior management. In addition, Mr. Elgie has an existing award under the Plan of 21,926 ordinaryshares and also has a beneficial interest in 1,428,104 ordinary sharesrepresenting 2.66 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In addition, Mr. Brien has an existing award under the Plan of 96,504 ordinaryshares and also has a beneficial interest in 32,500 ordinary shares representing0.06 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
