Felix Group PLC23 February 2007 23 February 2007 Felix Group plc Announces 3 MAX BOX Distribution Agreements Felix Group plc ("Felix"), the company behind the MAX BOX multi-function digitalretail ATM machine, today announces 3 separate distribution agreements, one withConsolidated Vending plc another with RCI Europe and finally one with UtilityBusiness Services Ltd ("UBS"). These agreements grant the three separate entities the right to market, promoteand help site (subject to Felix's own venue acceptance criteria) all three ofFelix's MAX BOX machine variants within the UK and within their own operationalleisure and retail sectors. The distributors and Felix will work together to find new sites to deploy theMAXI (ATM and digital content machine), MINI or MIDI (digital content only)machines. These agreements complement the ATM operational contract Felix signedlast week with Bank Machine Ltd.
