The Company received a notification on 9 June 2020 from Ennismore Fund Management Limited, stating that, as of 3 June 2020, it has an interest in 1,913,426 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 in the Company, which represents 6.97% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 27,443,935 ordinary shares.
