Publication and posting of prospectus

Further to the announcement made earlier today by Carpetright, a prospectus relating to the Placing and Open Offer to raise approximately £65.1 million (gross) for Carpetight was approved today by the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be posted to shareholders. The Prospectus contains a notice of general meeting of shareholders, to be convened at 4 p.m. on 6 June 2018.

The Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and on Carpetright's website at: www.carpetright.plc.uk
