DIRECTORS'/PDMRÂ INTERESTS IN SHARES
On 3 March 2008 the Company was advised that 2,313 shares were allocated at £7.28 in respect of dividend reinvestment under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included 14 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 9 shares for Mr M Harris.
Also included in the allocation were 12 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
