DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 1,598 shares were allocated at £5.01 on 13 October under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 25 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 26 shares for Mr M Harris.
Also included in the purchase were 25 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
