DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 968 shares have been purchased at £6.78 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included nineteen shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr C. Sollesse and Mr N. Page and eighteen shares for Mr M. Harris.
Also included in the purchase were eighteen shares for Mrs Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
