Carpetright PLC05 February 2008 Carpetright plc Resignation of Group Finance Director Carpetright plc today reports that Ian Kenyon, the Group Finance Director, hasresigned his position to become Chief Financial Officer of the Retail &Distribution Division of The Carphone Warehouse plc. Ian will leave on 29February 2008. An interim Finance Director has been appointed and the processto find a permanent successor is already underway. Lord Harris Chairman and Chief Executive said: "Ian has done an excellent job for Carpetright and has been an important memberof the senior team. We know though that The Carphone Warehouse offers him agreat opportunity to further develop his career and wish him every success inthis new position."
