PROPOSED INTERIM APPOINTMENT

CPPGroup Plc (CPP or the Group), the International Assistance business, is pleased to announce its intention to appoint Stephen Callaghan as its interim Chief Executive Officer, once regulatory approval is obtained. Stephen will report directly to Eric Anstee who will, revert to non-executive Chairman upon Stephen's appointment. The Board will continue its search for a permanent CEO.

Stephen brings over 25 years of business experience to CPP. He has established a strong reputation for leading international business transformations, and he has relevant experience in growing technology-enabled customer service businesses. Stephen is non-executive director of Lumata Holdings Ltd, a global leader in mobile paid content, Navtech Radar Ltd, a manufacturer of commercial radar solutions, and Ceres Power Holdings plc, the AIM-listed developer of fuel cell technology.
