CPP has been advised that Non-Executive Director, Jeremy Miller, has purchased a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"). Following the purchase, Jeremy Miller has a total beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.23% of the issued share capital of the Company.
