NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Following a request from a major shareholder, Phoenix Asset Management, CPP Group plc, the international assistance business, is pleased to announce that Simon Thompson will join the Board as a non-independent non-executive director with effect from 9 June 2020.

Sir Richard Lapthorne, Chairman, said "Simon has considerable experience of working in the financial services sector which we hope to use to good effect as we continue to expand our product offerings, notably in India and the UK"
