Director/PDMR Shareholding
Collagen Solutions plc (AIM: COS), the developer and manufacturer of medical grade collagen components for use in regenerative medicine, medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics, is pleased to announce that Mr. David E Evans, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 8.65p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Evans total beneficial holding has increased to 12,888,730 ordinary shares representing 7.54 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
