Coro Energy plc, the pan Euro-Asian gas explorer, announces that James Menzies, Chief Executive Officer of Coro Energy, has today purchased 1,137,817 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 2.50p. James Menzies' shareholding in the Company amounts to 2,850,393 Ordinary Shares, equal to 0.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
