Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio, announces that following the purchase on 6 February 2025 by Tom Richardson, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, of EUR 525,000 of the Company's Luxembourg listed EUR 22.5 million 10.0% secured notes ("Bonds"), the Bonds today converted into new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
As a result, Mr. Richardson is now interested in a total of 7,271,065 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.51% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
