Entertainment Rights PLC12 April 2006 ENTERTAINMENT RIGHTS PLC ("ENTERTAINMENT RIGHTS") WITHDRAWAL OF POSSIBLE OFFER FOR CHORION PLC ("CHORION") Entertainment Rights announced on 23 March 2006 that it was considering apossible offer for Chorion. With the co-operation of Chorion, EntertainmentRights has subsequently conducted due diligence. Following this work Entertainment Rights has decided that it will not proceedwith an offer to acquire Chorion and discussions with Chorion have ceased. For the purposes of Rule 2.8 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the"City Code"), Entertainment Rights reserves the right to announce an offer orpossible offer for Chorion and/or to participate in any offer or possible offerfor Chorion and/or to take any other action which would otherwise be restrictedunder Rule 2.8 of the City Code within six months of the date of thisannouncement in the event of a material change in circumstances or that theBoard of Chorion agrees to the making of such an announcement or the taking ofsuch action or a third party announces a possible offer or firm intention tomake an offer for Chorion.
