NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Cobham plc (the "Company") announces in respect of ordinary 2.5 pence shares of the Company ("Shares") that on 27 May 2014, the Company purchased, for the benefit of Robert (Bob) Murphy, 14,546 Shares at a price of 306.13 pence per Share in respect of his compulsory/voluntary participation in the Cobham plc Performance Share Plan 2007 (Bonus Co-investment Plan) ("Plan"). The Plan works by the participant having a compulsory deferral of 25% and a voluntary deferral of up to a further 25% of his annual incentive payment.
The participant has the opportunity to earn a matching award of shares against their gross bonus invested on an up to one for one basis. The Shares are held in Trust for the benefit of the participant. Matching awards vest after three years subject to economic profit targets.
