Cobham plc (the "Company") announces that on 23 March 2018 it purchased ordinary shares at a price of 124.2667 pence for the benefit of the PDMRs listed below, in respect of their compulsory deferral of an element of their annual cash incentive payment.
The Shares are held in Trust for the benefit of the participants and will be released on 23 March 2021 subject to continued employment.
