Director Declaration
Cobham plc announces that Marcus Beresford, having completed nine years as Non-executive Director of the Company, eight of these as Senior Independent Director, will stand down from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2013.
Michael Wareing will assume the role of the Senior Independent Director from this date and will continue in his role as the Chairman to the Audit Committee.
