Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital comprises 471,711,753 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each.

All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and none of the Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 471,711,753.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Condor under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
