The Company was notified on 20 December 2019 that Andrew Stewart (former Chief Executive Officer and a founder shareholder of the Company) has purchased shares in the Company. He has advised the Company that the total shareholding now controlled by him is 4,214,150 ordinary shares, representing 7.43% of the Company's issued share capital.
