CentralNic (AIM: CNIC), the global internet platform company that derives recurring revenues from the sale of online presence and marketing services, is pleased to announce that it has raised gross proceeds of £3.0 million, pursuant to the Open Offer, as set out in the Circular dated 1 March 2022.

The Company has received valid acceptances from Qualifying Shareholders under their Basic Entitlements in respect of 795,925 Open Offer Shares, 115,321 of which relate to acceptances made by RBC Cees Trustee Limited, the trustee of the CentralNic Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), and applications from Qualifying Shareholders under the Excess Application Facility in respect of 1,704,075 Open Offer Shares, totalling 2,500,000 Open Offer Shares.

Admission

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Open Offer Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 21 March 2022 ("Admission").

Total Voting Rights

Upon Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and voting rights in the Company will be 288,660,084. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules

Notice of Results

The Company further announces that the publication of the Group's audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 will be on Monday, 4 April 2022.
