On 29th June 2015 CentralNic Group plc (AIM: CNIC, "the company") was notified by Mr Christian Phillips of his current interest in 3,749,182 ordinary shares of nominal value of £0.001 each. Based on the total issued share capital of 67,007,481 ordinary shares in issue, Mr Phillips' notified holding represents 5.60% of the total issued share capital of the company.
