CentralNic (AIM: CNIC), the company that supplies domain name and web services subscriptions over its proprietary platforms to millions of businesses globally, announces that it has been notified today that Don Baladasan has sold a total of 50,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 74p per share and 100,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 70p per share for personal reasons. Following the sale, Don Baladasan has an interest of 211,153 shares and 4,638,356 options. Don intends to be a long-term holder with his remaining shares and remains a firm believer in the future growth of the Company.
