Further to the announcement made on 1 February 2016 leading provider of personalised customer communication services, Communisis plc (LSE: CMS) confirms that Dave Rushton, former Group Managing Director, who stepped down from the Board on 31 January 2016, will leave the Company by mutual agreement with effect from 30 June 2016 and his entitlement to salary and other benefits will only accrue to this date.
