Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announced on 26 March 2021 the successful completion of a £3.5m fundraise to provide additional working capital and to fund the restructuring of the Group. The Board is pleased to announce that it has made good progress with restructuring.
As part of this restructuring the Company is also pleased to announce that Mr Kevin Price is to be appointed as Group Chief Executive. Mr Kevin Nolan will remain as Director of Chamberlin, working with Kevin Price to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities, and he will retain responsibility for key projects and client accounts.
Kevin Price has over 25 years' experience in automotive manufacturing and joined Chamberlin in 2015. He is currently Operations Director of the Group's Foundry and Machining Facility and has been closely involved in the recent restructuring plans.
Subject to satisfactory due diligence, it is expected that Kevin Price will be appointed Chief Executive and will join the Board with effect from 1 June 2021.
