Board Change
Chamberlin, the specialist foundry and engineering group, announces that after seven years as Chief Executive, Tim Hair has given notice that he will be stepping down from the Board and the Company next May 2014 or sooner if an appropriate replacement is found before that time. Accordingly, the Board has now commenced a search for Tim's successor. The date of Tim's departure will be co-ordinated with the appointment of the new Chief Executive to ensure a smooth transition. Further details will be announced in due course.
Keith Butler-Wheelhouse, Chairman, commented,
"A smooth transition is planned as Tim steps down from the Company and a successor takes his place, and we will announce further details in due course. Tim has played a significant role in the turnaround of the Company since he joined in 2006 and we look forward to Chamberlin's continuing development as he hands over to his successor."
