Board Change

Chamberlin, the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that Non-Executive Director, David Nicholas, has informed the Board of his decision to step down as a Director with immediate effect. The Board has accepted his resignation and would like to thank David for his contribution to the Group and wishes him every success in the future.

The Company confirms that it intends to appoint an additional independent Non-Executive Director and will update shareholders in due course.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
