Non Executive Director
LonZim today announces that Ian Colin Orr-Ewing, a Non-Executive Director, has agreed with the Company that he will be stepping down from the LonZim Board with immediate effect in order to focus on other interests.
The Board has commenced a review of potential suitable directors to complement the skills of the existing team.
David Lenigas, Chairman, commented:
"We are naturally sad to see Colin step down from the Board, but are extremely grateful for his contribution to the Company. We wish him the very best in his future endeavours."
