The Company announces that itis in advanced discussions in relation to a possible transaction whereby theCompany may grant a call option over its 16.2 per cent. investment in AdvancedComputer Systems SpA ("ACS"), an Italian based software company which is held inthe Company's balance sheet at a book value of £1.43 million.
