("Brainspark" or "the Company")

Divestment of Holding in Daniel Stewart Securities plc

Further to the announcement issued this morning by Daniel Stewart Securities plc ("DAN"), Brainspark, a fast growing international investment company, confirms that it has sold its entire holding of 75,000,000 DAN shares at 2p per share. Proceeds from the disposal will leave Brainspark with a stronger balance sheet and with funding to continue its growth strategy.

As a result of this transaction, Brainspark no longer has a notifiable interest in the share capital of DAN.
