Notification of substantial shareholding

The Board of Vyke Communications plc (AIM: VYKE) announces that it was notified yesterday that Brainspark plc has a notifiable interest in 23,522,145 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company representing approximately 12.71 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Board of Vyke also announces that it was notified yesterday that Allenby Capital Limited has a notifiable interest in 8,259,286 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company representing approximately 4.46 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
