Cluff Natural Resources plc, an investing company founded by natural resources entrepreneur Algy Cluff, was notified on 2 July that Algy Cluff, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company acquired 399,157 ordinary shares on 2 July 2013 at an average price of 5.75 pence each.
Following this transaction, Mr. Cluff has an interest in 11,067,914 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 12.72% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The total number of ordinary shares currently in issue is 87,000,000.
