Grant of Options
The Company notifies that, on 29 September 2017, it granted a total of 1,215,000 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Options") in the capital of the Company to directors and employees, pursuant to the Company's PSP Option Scheme 2010, HM Revenue & Customs Approved Share Option Plan 2009 and the Unapproved Option Plan 2010. Of the total of 1,215,000 Options granted, 855,000 Options were granted to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), the details of which are set out below:
